Arrive to Subiaco, located about 43 miles west of central Rome. Upon arrival to your accommodations in Subiaco, your bikes will be delivered by a MVTours representative for a bike fitting and briefing.

Start from the ruins of the villa of emperor Nero and climb up to the first two Benedictine monasteries: Santa Scolastica and Sacro Speco.
