DAILY PROGRAM

  • Day 1: Arrive in Fabriano

    Arrive in Fabriano, about an hour’s drive from Ancona and the region's international airport. Check in at a charming B&B in the heart of the historic center, with free overnight parking available just outside the area.

    Meet a representative from Basecamp523 for a welcome aperitivo featuring local products, followed by your bike fitting and a trip briefing.

  • Day 2: Fabriano to Genga

    After breakfast at your B&B, begin your journey by crossing mountainous landscapes with views of the Apennine. You'll visit Fabriano, famous for its papermaking tradition, and Sassoferrato, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. Don't miss the Valadier Temple, a hidden gem in the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi park.

    Optional add-on: Participate in a workshop with a master papermaker in Fabriano and create your own sheet of paper!

  • Day 3: From Genga to Montecarotto

    Ride along the roads of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi park, which hides the immense underground temple of the Frasassi caves. Admire vineyards and be amazed by the villages of Genga, Serra San Quirico and Montecarotto. End the day in a typical farmhouse.

    Optional add-on: Put on the beekeeper's shoes and learn how to extract royal jelly.

  • Day 4: Montecarotto to San Marcello

  • Day 5: San Marcello to Offagna

    Explore the charming village of Polverigi, cross the Esino River, and be captivated by the beauty of Offagna, a village perched on a tuff rock just a few kilometers from the sea.

    As you ride, you'll pass through fields of sunflowers and the endless landscapes that once inspired Leopardi’s poetry.

  • Day 6: Offagna to Sirolo

    Your journey continues through the Monte Conero Natural Park, a majestic promontory overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Discover the caves of Camerano, then head to Sirolo, the "pearl of the Adriatic," where you can relax in the piazza and take in the stunning views.

    Stop in Porto Recanati before continuing to Loreto, renowned for its sanctuary and historic charm. End your day unwinding on the golden beaches of the Riviera.

  • Day 7: End tour, depart from Sirolo
